Scratch Golf
Scratch Golf makes some of the best wedges and forged irons available in the game today. Their wedges have made them popular, and each year Scratch Golf continues to grow and become better known.
They offer two types of wedges, their forged model, and a new cast model.
The forged series of wedges are made of the 1018 carbon steel, the softest forgings available in golf. These are beautiful wedges, and come with a wide variety of sole grinds, so that we can fit you appropriately depending on your swing and angle of attack.
The cast series of wedges are made of 8620 stainless steel and have the same sole grind options as the forged series. The cast wedges have more aggressive grooves, and will spin the ball more.
Precision Golf is a clubhead account with Scratch Golf. We order custom wedge heads for our customers and can build them with any shaft you’d like, custom fitted for flex, length, weight, loft and lie.
Scratch Golf also offers three styles of forged irons, the super blade, the AR model (which is a small cavity back) and the EZ model, which is a slightly larger, easier to hit cavity back design. All three models are made with the same soft 1018 carbon forged steel, and can be ordered with a sole grind to match your swing and angle of attack into the ball. Of course, we’ll custom fit you for all variables with a set of Scratch irons.
We carry a full line of the wedges for you to demo, and we have the irons in our proprietary fitting system, allowing you to try them with any shaft you’d like, at the right flex and length for you.
